Dear Future Residents, Owners, and Tenants, 

To be properly registered at 330 Richmond Street West, please complete, and return the below forms.  Complete all that apply to you.

Forward them to the Management office at 330 Richmond Street West.

They can be left in person at the front desk or via the following email address:

Please also attach a copy of your final Agreement of Purchase and Sale or your Rental Agreement.  Be advised that your documents will not be reviewed or processed without them.  

It may take up to five business days to finalize your registration.  So please submit all well in advance of your Closing or Occupancy dates.

Once processed you will be contacted to confirm that you are ready to begin the move-in process and you will be given Login details to our Building Portal.  This Portal will allow you to become familiar with your future Residency at 330 Richmond.
